Don’t compare the price tag. Compare the full picture:
- Cell grade and brand (ask for proof)
- Cycle life at 80% DoD (real test data, not a claim)
- BMS functions (balancing, communication protocol, protection)
- Certifications for your target market
- Warranty terms that work at distance
- Supplier’s factory audit right and after-sales response
A battery that is 30% cheaper but fails in 2 years costs more than a quality battery that lasts 10. Price per usable kWh over the warranty period is the number that matters.
